Please make your selection carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. We are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange should you find your books to be faulty, misbound or not as advertised on our website. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and advise us of the problem.
Please also note that while we will endeavour to provide you with books that are in the best possible condition, as we are a remainder bookstore many of our titles suffer from wear and tear due to extra travel and handling before they get to us. Also sometimes books come to us with black pen marks on the base. Please bear this in mind when making a purchase as we cannot provide refunds if you are unhappy with the condition of your goods.
While orders are processed as quickly as possible after being received, we also have our retail store open to the public 14 hours a day which means there is always a chance that a particular book will sell out before we get a chance to grab it for you, particularly when it is a popular title or when there are limited quantities available. As we sell remainder books and have no control over what titles we stock, we are unable to order missing books in specially and send it to you at a later date.
We will always let you know via email when we are unable to send you an item you have ordered, and you will not be charged for it. This is why your credit card is not processed immediately at the time your order is submitted, as we do not always know how many of the books you have requested are still in stock and can be sent to you. Once we have set aside your books your total is adjusted accordingly and your card is processed. If for any reason there is a problem with your card you will be contacted immediately as your order cannot be processed until alternative payment has been arranged.
